A Native of River Ridge, Louisiana, Sandy Casey Scarborough is the proprietor and resident artist of  Novelty Wall Painting Murals & Art.  A self taught craft artist, Sandy studied oil painting under various artists, developing her own style and technique, producing hundreds of canvas and various medium works before discovering her real love: Mural Art.    Although Sandy has painted a variety of murals for home and business, she is much sought after for her specialty in Babys and Kids murals.

Sandy's work has been featured at The New Orleans Museum of Art's 34th annual Odyssey Ball.....and on WYES-TV's 35th Annual Showboat auction.

After a lifetime of battling and evacuating hurricanes, 2005's hurricane Katrina was the final straw.  So, Sandy and her husband decided to relocate to his native Northeast Arkansas

Besides enjoying a lucrative career in art, Sandy has also enjoyed numerous awards and recognitions for her work
